I use gpg for encryption on my shopping cart. I get the gpg using unsecure memory warning.

If the message is being displayed in the thankyou page, emails or order logs. You should delete your keys and re import them. This might happen if you created your keys insecurely and the transaction is completed in the secure site, and therefore secure browser does not have permissions to use the necessary files. In this case you need to re import the key on the secure site.
If the error is coming up on a gpg log file in the server (cgi-bin/PDG_Cart) it is normal, the information is being encrypted securely and there should not be problems with it, however gpg still displays the error message.
So in other words, if the message is being displayed in a place other then the GPGstandard log file, you would need to double check your settings, otherwise, everything should be fine even though message is displayed.
